Blog Guides are guides, laws or doctrines that may at any time, when referenced properly, guide discussions throughout the blog.  They are not meant to end discussion but to keep discussions on topic and consistent with prior written history by discussion authors.  Mostly they are used for fun and as an instrument to show how people can over time and depending on political party platforms change their opinions on certain subject matter.
